Running Halls of Assembly and found two mobs stuck behind the locked door that were needed to kill. For some reason after one of the members of the party warped back to town, they glitched through the door. We thought the same might happen with the Overseer but that’s not the case.

I believe I encountered the same issue. There’s only one left to kill but it’s behind the Sanctum Door.
Same thing here, last guy to kill, spawned on otherside of door no way to get him

My dungeon is bugged as well. Cleared it for the necklace quest, had butcher spawn at locked gate, no sight of overseer anywhere in the map. Can not proceed and will have to reset it and cross my fingers.
Same thing here at Halls of Assembly. Overseer spawned behind the door that he has the key for.
