Halloween update bugs - crashes and character display menu is grainy/glitchy

The last update has caused multiple crashes for me. At LEAST once a day. I play religiously and never had crashes before. I have had a bunch of lag before but never crashes. The lag now is not an issue. So we have swapped lag for crashes. As a side note, when I was experiencing brutal lag at the beginning of vessel of hatred the only thing that helped was hard resetting/clearing my xbox cache. It fixed the problem completely but my huge issue with that is nowhere did xbox or blizzard have that as a fix. I found that myself on reddit after being tired of waiting more than 3 weeks to play the expansion (logging in daily) because of lag and receiving no help from blizzard or xbox help, which I contacted/reported to forums multiple times. Another thing since the last update is now when I open my player menu my character is all grainy and glitching (the character display above all my gear). I have made very angry posts before and I’m trying to not do that going further but as a paying customer it’s so frustrating to always feel like you’ve paid for something that is not complete. Again, I do not hate this game, I am not a D4 hater, I just want it to work. I also have received many in game notices from you guys lately saying that me reporting players has contributed to positive bans and to keep a look out for the D4 community, so this should show that I only want what’s best for the game and I’ll try to keep my understandable frustration from boiling into anger when writing further reports/forums. Sorry Xbox for the seething report on expansion launch but we don’t pay for mediocrity or things that constantly don’t work. Also, will quick resume ever be fixed for xbox? I go thru at least 10 error and validation issue codes just to get the game to start every day. (the fix is just quit the game from the home menu but if you forget, errors ensue) All this being said, I love playing this game, If the edges can get smoothed out, I’d even start buying things in the shop but these things stop me from doing that at the moment. Thanks for your time and hopefully it just keeps getting better and better.
