I’ve noticed some confusion as to how the leaderboards work. I drew this up to help inform the community. I hope this helps some of you as it took me a little time to understand how they worked. Please add to this if I’m missing something my fellow nephalem! Feedback always welcome!
THE REWARD FOR BEING TOP 10 IS BEING ADMITTED INTO THE HALL OF ANCIENTS FOR PC, XBOX OR PLAYSTATION (THE THREE ARE SEPARATE AND ONLY VIEWABLE ON PC, XBOX OR PLAYSTATION)
Here’s how the Hall of The Ancients Works
-
LOG ONTO A PC - VIEW LEADERBOARDS AKA HALL OF ANCIENTS - THEY ARE NOT VIEWABLE TO XBOX OR PLAYSTATION
-
PC shows Top 10 overall - You're able to see how you compare against "console" players
-
LOG ONTO A PLAYSTATION - VIEW LEADERBOARDS AKA HALL OF THE ANCIENTS - THEY ARE NOT VIEWABLE TO PC OR XBOX
-
PLAYSTATION Shows Top 10 overall - You're able to see how you compare against PC/XBOX players
-
LOG ONTO AN XBOX - VIEW LEADERBOARDS AKA HALL OF THE ANCIENTS - THEY ARE NOT VIEWABLE TO PC OR PLAYSTATION
-
XBOXSHOWS TOP 10 OVERALL - You're able to see how you compare against PC/PLAYSTATION players
I hope this solves your confusion. There is… drum roll… THREE LEADERBOARDS or “Hall of The Ancients” - 1 FOR PC, 1 FOR PLAYSTATION & 1 FOR XBOX & You can place your account on all three boards with separate scores for each separate leaderboard
If I compete on the PC leaderboards I am placed with a score for PC.
If I compete on the Playstation leaderboards under that same account and get a lower score, my psn boards will show that lower score and will NOT be visible to me on my PC. PC players have a separate leaderboard, hence why I can place in 3 leaderboards with 3 different scores on one account (Overall just shows your highest score Overall).
