Gylph "Jagged Plume" doesn't work

“Spawning a Storm Feather grants you 3% increased damage and 5% increase Movement Speed for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.”

This is the 40/40 Dex bonus of the glyph, which I’ve unlocked. I’m using the Eagle passive that shoots Storm Feathers when I evade, and these Storm Feathers do nothing to trigger the glyph. Tested gearless on target dummy and mobs. No damage bonus, no movespeed bonus, no matter how many feathers.

Idk if this was posted anywhere else, but I was also just messing around with that glyph and the eagle’s evade and confirmed it doesn’t work.

When you add one of the feather aspects when you evade it does work though, as I saw my movement speed increase. Annoying that it doesn’t work with the evade feathers…
