Now WTF am I supposed to do with this thing? Yea, OK, I got a bad damage roll as its -162 DPS, but it DOES give me 12 ranks of teleport…and I got max roll on reducing evade’s cooldown!
Sigh. If you cant tell, I’m kidding. Not about getting the item. About being excited about it.

I was extremely excited the 1st time I got one… then realized how cr@ppy it was and instantly got sad

I got one with a +10 to teleport and decided to try it out for fun. Yeah, who’s idea was it to make the teleports random? That ruins the whole thing, not that it was amazing to begin with.
I’m pretty sure this is specifically used for PVP. I could be wrong though. lol
Agreed it is such a crappy wand. Honestly I feel that the developer that makes sorceress stuff hates the class and they get a good laugh at making the most horrible items they can.
If they were to get rid of the evade charges and evade cooldown reduction then replace it with +non-physical damge and +critical strike damage, it would actually be a pretty good wand. I think the moran who designed the wand thought they were a pair of boots.

Trying desperately get the wand. At level 81, no luck still.
Go do some PvP and get a rogue to chase you around like a cat trying to chase down a laser pointer.
I’d be surprised if this item was really intended for PvP. Blizzard is finally light years ahead in planning lol.
random TP is the kicker from D2. but gave +3 to all skills.

Sorc is literally the ONLY class with the give/take BS aside from a small amount of aspects on all the other classes combined and some rouge pants.
The lead person for Sorc that was in the 1.1.1 camp fire needs replaced if he thinks these negative effects are REQUIRED yet that’s not the case for other classes. It’s very worrisome he kept saying the minute changes they made scared him.
