Half of the time, the Grim Favors from Dungeon/Events don’t count.
I just had this issue as well, completed a dungeon (Broken Tunnels) on WT3, got the aspect reward and no grim favor reward. Went back in the dungeon to double check I wasn’t being an idiot and yes it’s the dungeon I completed…
