I am 43/44 side quests completed in the REGION PROGRESS, in the COLLECTION and side quests under quests. it shows coiling fate not started, and Nahantu Folk here at 19/20. I just helped a friend complete his quests and he got the achievement with the mount. Someone from blizzard / diablo needs to find out what is going on with my account
