Greater Triune Arms Cache did not drop what it said it would drop

Greater Triune Arms Cache said it would drop a guaranteed Ancestral Legendary with 925 item power and TWO GREATER AFFIXES.

It did not drop any items with two greater affixes. The best it did was drop an item with only one greater affix.

I got the same issue. Got almost everything in the cache except the supposed Double Greater affixed Ancient :frowning:

There is not supposed to be a mythic unique in the box, only a single Resplendent Spark. However there is supposed to be a Legendary with 2 greater affixes, but there was not.

I got the same issue too ! I didnt got a guaranteed ancestral legendary with 926 item power and two greater affixes !! I just got some legendaries with one of them had one greater affixes . Do we know if they are going to fix this bug or we just lost a good reward ? Thanks in advance !

I had the same problem, I didn’t have one with two major affixes, plus a mystic item was displayed which turned out to be a normal rare ring.
Will I receive the correct items by in-game mail then?

No, it most certainly did not. I got mine just now and opened it. No guaranteed 925 Ancestral Legendary with 2 GAs. Nothing, nada, zip. Incredibly disappointing.

Same goes for the 60 cost tier 3 horde chests. There’s nothing guaranteed about them. I’m well under 50% on those.

Between this and bricking items even more now, I think I’ve had enough of season 5 already.

I got the same issue and put in a ticket and they gave me the submit a bug report line. They said no one else has reported this.

I put a ticket in also. There are multiple posts on the forums about this issue, to say no one else has reported this is BS.

Also +1 to this issue. Haven’t received it. Hope this gets resolved soon. kind of a bummer, even if the season is a short one.

+1 , The Mother Gift Rank XX (Grather Triune Arms Cache) Item missing ,no Ancestral Legendary . This is part of the season , How can something like that be possible? How do players now get their GUARANTEED item?

Honestly, I feel like the Season is bugged. I have seen increase Mythical drop rates on my Eternal Characters, and the Bonus chest almost always drops a GA item. I did not get the GA items in the Quest, or the bonus chest. I am also seeing no mythical items in Seasons compared to Eternal.

Considering the short season, and the fact that post-season items changes are common, this really needs addressed.

Same here. Got a few 925 ancestrals but none had greater affixes let alone two.

received SPARK for nothing with GA at all, 3 rare and 3 legendary (no GA)
