I have all T4 set pieces except this one. Currently sitting at over 150k coins worth of runs and it hasn’t dropped. Just found a YouTube video where it says the helm is a guaranteed drop after full T4 clear. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/RlF7SZalnZM
Please fix, I’ve wasted so much time farming this just to find out it’s bugged.
Also have wasted a lot of time try to get the helm only to find out it is bugged.
This bug has ruined my experience, i am burnt out, as are many I have farmed with, on an otherwise fun activity that will never payout the promised reward. I really want to be excited to play, but all i feel is let down.
just give everyone the damn gear, you messed it up, own it and do better on whatever you promise next.

Yeah they only tacitly acknowledged the bug with the patch notes for 2.0.4 coming on the 29th.
I did hundreds of runs and I’m still missing several pieces of cosmetics, it just won’t drop.
I think the logic for the drop is not “if drop cosmetic = yes, then drop what player doesn’t have yet”, but rather a “if drop cosmetic = yes, then decide what piece of equipment, and if players already has it = don’t drop anything”.
So you have to have enough luck to drop exactly the piece of gear your character doesn’t already have. You could have dropped cosmetics but since you already have all the others, it won’t drop anything at all.
Basically at the very beginning you have way more chances to get more cosmetics since you don’t have any, but after a few runs, you’ll stop dropping anything because it doesn’t check what you already have when deciding to drop or not.
