I would expect that rare moment I receive a Legendary cache and open it, I am rewarded as if it were a “Greater” cache. Why are uniques dropping more in dungeons yet not one single one in all these legendary caches

Ummm, I received “Greater” confusion when I opened a greater cache of boots and no boots dropped… what is the point of these choices again ?
There was no legendary in it, even though it kinda forced me to select it because the cache was orange like the legendaries should be, but without any legendaries inside…

and on another note, I am a druid, and before reaching lvl 35 I had never received a legendary from any content that I tried.
Is Blizzard stealth nerfing druid loot tables until they can fix something secretly that they don’t want to publicly own up to ? what is the problem with being proactive for your fanbase ?
you can’t earn any good reputation if you just react to problems quietly because nobody knows that you’re working to support us if you never talk about it.
Loot tables have been drastically nerfed. Heck the Purveyor of Curiosity doesn’t even give at level rewards anymore. Everything is 10-18 levels below turn in level. My 60 necro went from lvl61 gear down to level 43 when they hit lvl 62… loot tables are being toyed with by the mentally challenged division I’d swear my life on…

The purveyor seems to be meant solely to get legendary affixes.
NM dungeons are for higher level rares.
Uniques seem to be just low chance everywhere, but higher chance the higher level you are.
Pretty much… If you want decent things just level your character.
