Please help me!! 
All my skill assignments are grayed out after I changed my equipment. Place the equipment back didn’t fix the issue. Changed each equipment 1by 1, didn’t fix the issue. Did respec mode on all the skill, that didn’t help either. Used map, portaled to location, toggled to google, logged out, nothing worked. All my skills do not work even the basic skills.
