I got an amazing roll on an ancestral Grasp of Shadows rogue gloves, and hit the masterwork for +5 to cutthroat and marksman skills affix … Only to discover that it doesn’t alter my stats in any way when I equip it. The skill ranks simply don’t function, when it should augment four of the skills I’m using in my build by +5. Please add this to the mid-season fix, as it cripples the build I worked 60 hours to complete.
Have you tried looking at the skill ranks out of town? It’s not uncommon for effects like this to not display correctly while in town.
