I am writing this in the middle of the night because i am pissed. Allow me to elabolate in the nicest way possible and I hope others don’t have to experience what I did.
Just like any other newbie since diablo 2, i waited and finally played it through the last misstion for the Lord of Hatred.
While playing all the missions, "Graphics initialization failed” will pop up every two or three hours of playing. Then it finally happened at the last mission just before buring the tree down, and it crashed.
After logging back in, all the cinematics are gone and there is no way to see it again nor play the mission it again! (Chatgpt)
All the effort, the long wait, and paying attention to details all fu**ing gone at once and i feel betrayed. And this quesitons my loyalty for any other blizzard sequels.
My computer runs on GTX3060 and i optimized my graphic settings based on youtube. But the fact is, most of us are just light users wanting to enjoy the damn game and not have to study the settings.
For crying out loud, since when did games became so damn complicated and expected users to anticipate that developers will eventually optimize along the way after being published?
Is there not a QA team in Blizzard?
This is truly a disappointment and they still do nothing to make up for it.
If there’s someone out there that can share another way to see the cinematics with my character, I will greatly appreciate it. thanks.
