Graphics card driver is too old?

The official said that the minimum operating environment for the graphics card is 660 meters, while my computer is 780 meters. However, it indicates that the graphics card driver is too old to run games (the graphics card driver is already the latest version supported by the official graphics card)

graphics card is Nvdia GeForce GTX 780M（Driver version is 425.31）
The minimum version requirement for game prompts is 466.47

Gpu: Amd mobility radeon hd 5870
Driver: 15.7.1 WHQL (7/29/15)

Its a Asus G73jh that ive upgraded the ram and moved to a Ssd. It worked fine with D3 and i can dl the game but when i hit play, it errors out with the “initialization grapics” error.

Any help would be much appreciated since amd doesnt update this driver anymore and i dont want to buy a new laptop if possible.
