My pc is running with 80-90% CPU usage and 70-90% memory usage. Mean while the GPU usage is 0%. I have Nvidia RTX 2060. AMD FX-8350 4 ghz eight core processor and 16 gb of ram. Is this normal or is my GPU not supported?
Drivers are fully up to date.

I have having the same issue.
Game runs fine, RAM slowly keeps creeping to my max (32 gb), GPU sits at 0%. I double checked DisplayPort cables are using my GPU, updated/rolled back graphics card driver, manually set D4 in the NVIDIA control panel to use my 2080 super, and D4 in game settings recognizes the card.
I am confused at what is causing it.
Chances are you’re experiencing a CPU bottleneck. Thats a pretty old CPU to be running D4. That being said game is beta and probably has some weird issue going on that could be causing this.
I have a i7 9700k, same issue as him and CPU is not capping out.
Also that wouldn’t make sense. The GPU would be utilized more 0% even if his CPU was bottlenecked, it would cut off usage at some point, but not at 0%.
Fair, this is true, happy to be wrong. Sorry you guys are having issues.

Seems like some kind of memory leak.
Memory leak is for sure happening with the constant increase of RAM usage, still doesn’t explain the 0% GPU usage - memory leak wouldn’t be associated with that.
I switched everything to low and it only hit 50-60% cpu 60-80% memory. 0% on GPU.
Glad I didnt pre-order yet, would be nice to have some kind of confirmation that this will be fixed.

Agreed - whole thing is just odd. The game runs fine even though its showing 0%, but it makes me think the game is misreporting its usage.
