For example whenever I’m in town having any kind of npc opened like blacksmith, alchemist, purveryor, etc. My GPU temp will go up and pc go loud. Doesn’t really have to be in town. Certain NPC do it. Sometime it doesn’t sometime it does. But it happens a lot whenever interacting with a NPC that open up windows UI.
What you are experiencing is probably with the Inventory window and rendering the Character Model.
