I got disconnected this after noon and can no longer log in on this character. I can log on another one but the one was on when I got disconnected is no longer playable and get stuck in a loading loop.

Same thing happened to me. I got kicked from the server and it told me my account was locked and when I finally got in, I’m told my character was sent to hall of fallen heros. WTH…… I was up to level 35 on hardcore
Account wasn’t locked in my case, and SC so death isn’t an issue. I just want to get back on it.
Same, Did you figure out how to log in to the character?
It has been 2 days for me that I can’t login into my Barb.
same thing happened to me. got kicked while doing a dungeon with my barb and now cant log back in on that character. still no fix, still radio silence from the dev team or mods…
The same thing happened to me yesterday, i can’t log in my Sorc after a disconnect the client is in a loading loop, the lvl 1 new character is working fine.
