Got banned, no reason

My account just got banned for no reason.
I cannot not create appeal ticket.
it say "Greetings,

There was an error while processing your request. Please submit a ticket to get help from one of our Game Masters.
"

What should I do now?

You should get an email I believe that tells you the reason for the ban, did you get that? What was the reason?

If you are getting error 52 just try again later. That sometimes happens.

I didn’t got that email.

Should get an email within 3 to 500 business days. Blizzard is a little backed up with all of the bans going around.

I feel bad for people if they’re honestly banned for no reason, but something tells me that is almost never the case.

I’d clear my browser history, cache, cookies, etc. entirely. Then go to the launcher click the cog next to the Diablo for and run the scan and repair.

Blizzard issues false bans all the time lol

You should purchase a new copy of the game.

They probably oopsied a bunch of accounts and disabled that button for now so they don’t have to close off thousands of tickets.

If that is the case they will probably have it sorted out in a few days.

If it wasn’t a throw away email address, you could probably go look up the email that has the reason in it.
