The only time any of them have played (if you even call it that) a game was when they made the video running around spamming basic skills in a NMD. Even worse is they thought it would relate to gamers and make them look cool.

I came to that realization in s4 that druid was never getting better.
Dont worry life gets better. More games out there to enjoy

While I am not playing Druid currently, what has changed from last season?
I know they said they stopped the Cataclysm Snapshotting…I will wait to see it actually stopped. But if that is what you are upset about… well it was never intended to work like that.

No clue what you dislike about Druid (esp since you didn’t post about it). Currently playing a shred druid in T3 and it’s a blast. Gear is meaningful, playstyle is fast and reactionary, always at full spirit so I can just teleport around the map, and overpowering semi consistently. Nearly unkillable with runeword earthen bulwark casts (so i’m almost perma CC immune as well). It’s a fun class.
Not to mention cata druid is just broken right now. And the class can also play the caster archetype if you’re into that. IMO it’s the perfect class.

I’ve been playing druid since start of the game and loved the concept of it. Played all builds but updates are killing it (and I know some meta build for the druid are bugged and probably unintentional, and that’s also kind of sad on it’s own). They tried to make companion a thing for like 8 seasons now and still can’t get it right. They created stone burst but its been 3 or 4 season now and it’s still a miss. Now they want us to play human but failed to make it really work.
I just feel like they don’t know what to do with the class anymore. And previous fun builds are either bugged or unintentional. Now we on season 8 and its cataclysm again and only works because of snapshot at the start of the rotation. And don’t think their is any new build to play this season that hasn’t already been played seasons prior that is fun.
I’ve seen a lot of feedback from guys in the forum after the PTR but nothing changed. Looks like they didn’t listen ay all.

Well, they gave all the cool earthquake and tornado stuff to the barbarian, so they’re limited as to what they can add to the Druid. And now we have the spiritboring horning in on their warriors of nature theme. Dev team was out of ideas so we got exploding above ground rocks.

I liked the druid, that’s why I played it for 8 season now. But the reality is, nothing is new is fun. The new things they add like stone burst and human build is not fun. I played shred build season 1, 2, and 3 to include a bunch of others in those season. Nothing new is with the shred build but I’m happy you still enjoying the build. Nothing in the druid arsenal right now is worth min/maxing.
I can see why you’d feel like that after playing shred for 3 seasons, but min/maxing shred feels pretty good. Granted it’s not an OP skill that just one shots the screen, but I think that’s part of what makes it fun.
Cataclysm is the least of druid’s issues.

All of these issues appear to point to changes not landing where they want. In the case of new foci they adjust incrementally and hope to get it close to target each season.
It’s occurs to me that community tier lists seem to sus out reasonably quickly where builds will perform relative to each other.
I think this capability should be able to be performed by a role more dedicated to that perspective at Blizz.
You are making me want to make a 2nd character now, just to see formyself how bad it is is…but I need to start LE’s new season at some point.

Druid seems pretty fine to me, I’m no min/maxer but it seems like one of the stronger classes right now. With the right rune setup you get frequent overpowers and earthen bulwark stays up near permanently (perma unstoppable)

Yeah I felt it was great last season, and no I don’t use snapshot builds.
But I feel like when someone who plays it says it is in a bad state, I should give it some value to check at least.
I started out Sorc for 4 seasons and the preseason, but then I jumped over to Druid. I feel like I can build both pretty competently from the ground up. But people who have played from launch have time over me…which is invaluable to learn things.
Yes there were some buggy interactions, I actually had a favorable one on my boulder druid.
Pets top out at T3 because of how pets and minions are designed in general.
And the Rock Smash I played in PTR when it was introduced…I liked it, a lot of pressing but…
I have not tried the human Unique…others have said it is not working as intended.
