2 times now I have lost my gold, the first time was a little over 3 million gold, and the second time was around 4 million gold. The first time it occurred I had logged off and when I logged back in the gold was gone. The second time it occurred while I was logged in, I didn’t notice the exact time but it was around midnight(I realized while I was in town and only had a handful of gold from killing enemies).

Same here. Mine was smaller (about 100K), but I seems to have disappeared when I was logged off.

I lost almost 2mil gold last night while playing. I hit lvl 60 doing a world boss and when I sold the loot from it I only had the gold from selling that loot.

Same thing just happened to me. I randomly went from roughly 3 million to zero. I didn’t notice until I went to sell a full inventory of rares and now the only money I have is the 470k from that sale. All previous gold just simply disappeared.
Lame bug.

More than a million missing, I decide to add more store space and sell ingame items when I need gold.

Hello. My problem is the same. Just played the game, went to dungeon Oldstones, finished it, teleported to town Cerrigar and i cant even repair my gear 
My gold went missing, no crashes, no errors.

It just happened to me. When I teleported out of a helltide I lost 4 million.

This happened to me, as well. Lost about 2 million down to around 100k. Did anybody get their gold back?

No, at this point I have not got my gold back from the 2 times. Still missing around 7 million in total. I am giving my gold to friends so that I don’t lose anymore.
There are no item or gold restoration services in D4. The best that can happen is that they fix the bug so it does not happen again.

Same here, i lost 6 milion gold today. No crash or anything.
Just left with 500k.

Amazing that this bug is still out there. Gold is very important in improving equipment and stats, and having 4-5 mill disappear for no reason is, in my opinion, a game-breaking bug. Are there any updates on when/if this will be fixed?

Lost over 3 million in gold tonight. Didn’t realize it until I went to extract an aspect and the button was greyed out. Not happy at all. So many hours of grinding loot gone.

I just lost about 7 million. Logged out last night with a little over 7 mil and when I logged in today it was gone.

As VitaKaninen mentioned, I am hoping they fix this issue, even if the gold can not be returned.
I don’t want to farm for gold if I risk losing it at anytime. I always like to create a big stockpile, that’s just the way I like to play.
The odd part is none of my friends have had this issue but it happened to me twice now. Hoping this is patched soon, or at least acknowledged as an issue so there is some progress.
Im super casual, not even finished the campaign, bu i cnt keep more than $3k worth of gold. I cant upgrade gems or anything otherwise i might not be able to repair my gear.
I thought i was going crazy so its good that its a real problem but it needs to be fixed as a priority

Just logged in and am missing almost 20million in gold. WTH PC user.
It’s going to be a long time before this bug is fixed. I opened a customer support ticket and they basically said they see no signs of a bug that could cause this and therefore won’t do anything about it. It appears to be far too rare for it to be on the dev’s radar.
I thought I had the same bug, but then I realized that unsocketing costs gold as well…
Missing a few million gold when I logged in today as well. Cant do anything with 9k left on my account…
