I’ve scoured every inch of Kyovashad, but there isn’t a goblin statue for the March of the Goblins event. The extra goblins are there, and I’m apparently gaining rank in the event, but I can’t actually interact with the event at all.

Im playing 8:30 Pacific time on July 30, after the hotfix, and the statue isnt there.
On Ps5
Edit: 8:36 Restarted the game and its there. Yes, its in a spot I checked.
Edit 2: Seems to happen when you load a character that hasn’t completed the story.
