This forum is so incredibly toxic. The numbers are all made up? Why would they possibly do that? It honestly makes no sense. Log into any character, go to Collections > Challenges > Monsters. You can see exactly how many monsters of any type you have killed already. Knowing this, Blizzard clearly tracks every single monster you kill in a database. They know these numbers already and selected 40m because its going to be extremely easy to hit it. This is literally just a database query for them. Yet, many here seem to think its all just made up? It makes no sense at all. It is a conspiracy theory for no reason and honestly it makes some of you look either stupid or just downright abject haters. Go do something you enjoy FFS. It’s so embarrassingly pathetic.
