Blizzard, I appreciate that you try to make events that will peak our interest and have us staying logged in.
I found this Goblin event missed the mark for a few reasons.

This season loot and gold has been absolutely raining from the sky. I don’t even pick up regular legendary drops anymore as I don’t want to go to town every 30secs…yes that much drops once you can instant clear a screen of mobs. The goblins dropping gold and regular legendaries are boring and only has a real purpose to move the reputation needle to get that part of the event done with.

The more fun goblins, just aren’t easy to find, which would be fine, BUT, in games like D3, I was in the world solo and so it didn’t matter if they were there but just hidden. In D4, I could get to a goblin and since we do so much damage, it is already dead. Sure I can usually loot stuff but no rep, no fun having my own chase with the goblin. I think you weren’t really thinking through what made them unique and fun in D3 to how the world of D4 is…

Drops: only 1 goblin is fun and that’s the blue one…however, if you kill it too fast it doesn’t split and so it is a bummer that you don’t get to see a screen of loots. The drops that are meaningful this late in the season are inferno keys, MW mats and boss summoning mats. Gold, gems, regular legendaries/uniques are done and done. I would suggest looking at putting some GA as 100% drops and just making the goblins a bit rarer and make them not have reputation…just random fun things you find like in D3 but REWARDING.

Rep Rewards: This is the season of NO RUNES. Would have been a good opportunity to have more runes that’s what people need. I have sooo many other runes and 1 BAC in my stash. I have like 20 sparks and another 20 mythics in play…but for some reason you give another spark but like maybe 5 legendary runes total from this event…just not good balance.
Make Goblins have way more HP. They instant die and so you cannot have any type of groups get in on them. As a Cata Druid going around a zone, I instantly kill them before I see them. How is this fair to the others playing in the zone? Like seriously this needs to be addressed.
