I’m lvl 20. I doubled back in the dungeon, “The Gateway to Learning,” to play with an artillery shrine I missed. I saw a Goblin and knew I must end his life. I have killed a half dozen that have dropped 1 blue items. This one dropped a HORSE COSMETIC!
It was called Barding of Mount Arreat and it looks pretty cool. You can view it at the stables. I think this is pretty epic although from reading the forums a lot of people have killed a dozen goblins without much of anything. After seeing this drop I will be sure to murder EVERY SINGLE GOBLIN.

Got some mount armor from an event chest in the pvp zone yesterday too, merchants something… just a bare saddle with some flag style reins. Looks nice and simple.
Spectral horse with bloodied warlords is still top tier though
You may want to delete this link. While you are right in posting it as a source for this mount including an image… it is a boosting site and thus blizzard may not only ban you from the website, but close your bnet account as well.
On top of that, per their last ToS you give them the right to monitor your website search history for boosting websites or hacks/bot pages, and they can action you for that as well.

Blizzard does not really have a Terms of Sale (ToS) that details specific rules - it is very generic. They have the EULA which applies to all games and products Blizzard has, and it does not mention monitoring your website search history. That would be really invasive. The consent to monitor is within Blizzard’s own platforms, as well as the bot software scanning type thing.
Where did you see that or hear that? Please provide the link for me or quote. If it is true, that is news to me and I have the EULA pretty much memorized.

The eula/tos update for call of duty mentions any Activision platform or Activision title, and specifically states they are monitoring your browser history
Activision Publishing is not Blizzard Entertainment. They don’t have the same agreements and rules. Just like King Games, who are also part of the stockholding Activision-Blizzard (ATVI) group, have their own rules.

I don’t doubt it’s real, I got a horse cosmetic from one of those world events in the swamp. it actually is actually a swamp themed armor for the horse

Depending on how effective it is I suppose we will see how the industry goes, boosting is obviously a huge issue that needs to be addressed, but a company collecting your entire browser history so you can play a video game seems extreme, I remember reading the notice now when season 3 started (which is why I thought it was the recent tos/eula). Especially a company like Activision with a guy like bobby kotick who I’m sure has no quelms selling that data.
