Yeah all my glyphs are down 2 levels…
Does this mean more Glyph grinding?

I had 3x21 2x20 1x19 now they are 19/18/17 respectively.
Anti power creep?! 
Probably a bug. Maybe someone was told to increase X by 40%, and they added a -40 to some random calculation.

It means, they increase XP gain but made each Glyph XP per level increased!!

Well they gave you some sugar by increasing the XP rate, the medicine was requiring more XP per level…

oh my gawd and the retroactive application of the XP dropped the glyphs to where they would be leveled. This conspiracy holds much water.
probably just a bug that comes with the new glyph. i wouldnt worry too much
