I wouldn’t dump flamefeeder. You can easily get the bonus to non physical damage at lvl 46. That’s all it is to it. With enlightment, that’s x30% nonphysical damage increase and you get 10% damage on top if you get it to 100%. Why I think exploit and destruction have their own place is because they are in a separate damage calculation bracket which are added at the end. So, you want 3x non elemental damage increasing glyphs with two of them having bonuses to rare nodes. The last ones are better off concentrating on crit damage or vulnerable. Ceaseless Conduit and the Starter board are the best places for destruction/exploit. You can boost exploit further with harbringer’s and fleshreaper’s passive boss powers.

Then you can fit in unleash to take care of mana problems. In your case, it’s either destruction or exploit. With any helmet which is not shako, you need kirma sparks for the teleport cooldown from evade. That means, you use sinerat flames + kirama sparks. You can’t fit both flesh reaper and harbringer’s passive. It’s better to go for 100% crit chance and to use destruction. You go all out on crit damage. Fit destruction on starter board or ceaseless conduit and choose all dex options within the reach.
