About 7/8 of the last NM dungeons I ran failed to spawn the glyph upgrade station upon completion. The completion notification box and dungeon completion rewards did show up and go into my inventory but I was never able to upgrade my glyph.
This is really frustrating and needs to be hotfixed asap as it appears to be pretty common. I’m at the point where now the only thing left to do is farm NM dungeons for XP and Glyph upgrades and when the NM dungeons aren’t spawning the glyph upgrade booth it makes me want to just stop playing.
edit: Playing barrage rogue if that matters.

I would like to add that sometimes it spawns but does not award points for completion
I would add that I have seen this once where the bubble didn’t spawn after completing the objective. I was able to get it to show up after walking around the area a little bit. I did notice that when the bubble didn’t spawn, I was against a wall or maybe near a map boundary. Maybe this has something to do with the issue?
For me I’ve tried walking around, searching the dungeon, waiting, TPing in and out and it does not make a difference. Sometimes the bubble pops immediately after the last objective is completed, randomly it takes 15 seconds or so, but if it’s more than that then it just does not spawn.
It doesn’t seem to matter where in the room, last one I fought the boss in the Lost Archives which I killed in 3 seconds before he left the middle of the room, rewards popped, notification came up but bubble and glyph station did not spawn.
It feels like something is causing the trigger to just not fire for when it should create the Glyph station. My guess would be lots of people report this using certain builds and I would bet that certain kill conditions of the final objective are not correctly triggering the bubble but IDK. I hope blizzard does and they can patch this very quickly as it’s a complete ruining experience for the currently thin endgame experience.
Were you solo or with someone else? I found that if I am running one of my friends through who is around lvl 50 (I am lvl 74 rogue) that it won’t spawn but when solo it spawns okay.
just happened for me in the slums nm dungeon. No bubble/upgrade pop, tele in and out and moving around didn’t resolve.

Happened to me for the first time.
I did the same dungeon and it was fine, TP out, clicked to do the same dungeon and used my TP back and appeared inside a reset dungeon. however on completion , no item rewards and no upgrade station.
I even re-entered the dungeon and ran to the final chamber - same problem.
when i tried to activate a new dungeon in this case, It warned me it will reset the current one
When in a NM dungeon if you activate a new one you normally get put outside!. I activated a new one , clicked ok and I am still inside the glitched one!!!
Still having this issue… PC NA, Rogue barrage enjoyer. Starting to really get on my nerves tbh. Has this been acknowledged yet? Also is there a work around to force the spawn?
This has happened to me as well. Dungeon was Ancient’s Lament and I was playing a minion Necromancer so I don’t know exactly what attack finished off the final tower thing.
I get this bug ALL THE TIME on my barrage rogue, more often than NOT lately.

This happened to me 2x tonight. =/
Instead of tweaking the unique drops, prioritize fixing this because it’s pretty annoying running through the nm to upgrade glyphs. Then I can’t upgrade it because it’s bugged.

Happened to me 2x last night and again this morning.
This just happened to me within the Guardian’s Lair, I did die a bunch during his fight, but when going to town, said I can still upgrade my glyph, but there was no ward to click on to upgrade, no bubble, the boss did die right next to a pillar if that makes a difference
