My past two nightmare dungeons have not given me the glyph upgrade bubble. Is this fixable?

Yes, this is long time issue, but still no fix. There is topic about it - Nightmare Dungeon completion doesn't give glyph upgrades
I saw that it was. I never had a problem with my rogue till after this patch though.
Issue still not resolved with my Rogue character even went from barrage to rapid fire to twisting blades and no glyph bubble appears.
…and patch 1.1.3 doesn’t address it either apparently. Duuuh!
