AFter few researches and discussing with friends , it appears than no glyphs are dropping since more than 7 days.
Few theories happening :
- If you don’t collect the glyph when it appears the first time, you don’t drop it anymore
- Glyphs don’t drop since last patch
- Glyphs don’t drop in T4
First one means wrong because many players are attentive about drop items.
Third one too because many players tried to farm in in T3 (as i do), and glyphs don’t drop too.
I think the second one looks like the good reason, a code bug or smthing like that and glyphs don’t appear anymore since last patch, or anything else happened ingame.
I think Blizzard have to take care very fast about this cause not being able to drop glyphs is kinda game breaking for two reasons : you might not be able to drop the glyphs you need for your class , and because many players are at late game and upgrading glyphs are the last thing they have to do actually.

Hope Blizzard will fix it asap 
PS : if you have the same issue, just like or comment this post. It will be a good way to up this bug to blizzard i think.

My friend who just purchased game and im rushing him through … does not get any glyph drops. Legit 0 , he’s level 64… no glyphs.

I haven’t gotten a glyph in over a week and a half. I do runs every day. Ran my sister through a couple just yesterday since she just got to wt4 and she got 3. So I dunno why the heck I haven’t gotten any.
I play Rogue, she was Necro. Dunno if it has anything to do with that.

same issue here dont get my last 5 runes since 4 days on my second char nearly lvl 80…
Same. I think it’s been more than a week since a glyph dropped for me. I’ve been doing nightmare wt4s every day.

Same here, glyphs are not dropping anymore in nightmare dungeons since the last patches or weeks. I run 100+ nightmare dungeons in T4, but no glyps are dropping anymore at this time. Can’t get my missing glyphs for my build. This is very annoying.
Hope Blizzard pay attention on this bug anf fix it.
I’ve also had the same problem. It’s been about two weeks since I’ve seen a glyph drop, and I am missing about 4 on my main (Necro) some of which are ones I want to use for my build.
At some point the glyphs showed up for me. (I noticed I had all of them while messing with paragon). When i attempted to upgrade glyphs after a dungeon run I noticed that my glyphs finally showed up. All of them were at the end of the list though and the list had a bunch of gaps for where these missing glyphs should have been.
This no glyph drop is starting to really do my nut now. What is happening for Blizzard’s sake…
