Glowing effect around character

Hello!

I made a ticket at Blizzard support regarding a glowing effect around my character and the GM I spoke to told me to post here. I wasn’t sure if it was an intended effect or a graphical bug, but apparently it doesn’t usually happen (quote from GM):

That does seem to be an odd situation that doesn’t usually happen! You may want to start by playing around with the graphics settings and see if that can remove the glowing. If it doesn’t help, then the next step would be to start a thread on our technical forums here:

It doesn’t seem like I’m able to attach a screenshot here, but it’s attached in the ticket I made.

My GPU is an AMD 7900 XTX. If you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Are you sure you did not accidentally turned on the highlight option on the options? The one that precisely adds a glowing highlight on your character colored the way you want?

And yes, a picture might help understanding the issue.

When I try to post a link to an image, I’m greeted with the following message:

An error occurred: Sorry, you can’t include links in your posts.

I don’t understand why these people make it so difficult to receive help, especially after having been directed here through a support ticket.

Just put ` on each end of the link.

Or highlight the link once you have it in the message, hit the </> button in the toolbar above the message box and it will put the ` around the link for you.

Then you can post the link.

Thank you. I won’t make an account elsewhere just to post a picture, but here is a screenshot from another user on Reddit with the same problem:

It’s a bit worse for me, but it’s more or less the same phenomenon.
