Not sure how common an issue this is, I’m in a PS5. And I’ve had some side-quests glitch. The few times it’s happened before I just restarted the game. But just recently I’ve had two side-quests completely break where the NPCs either vanish or are visible, but I’m but able to talk to them to advance the quest. Ever since the last update I’ve had this issue pop up.

Side quest NPCs are broken actually, I’m trying to find a main thread for it in hope that some people at Blizzard get a bit of attention to it 
Hey there!! Some dude casually told me to disable cross-platform gameplay in the options and it did the trick for me! No more side quests glitches (and the game runs better overall yay!) I thought may be you want to try that ! Have a nice evening!
