Saw 36 distilled fears and 1k sigil powders disappear for only 1 Glacial Fissure sigil. Is this craft bugged? Or did I miss something because the vendor allows you to craft multiple at a time.
Just crafted a Glacial Fissure sigil, it took my materials, but no sigil anywhere. Checked my inventory and stash and it is nowhere to find. Looks like it’s bugged, can we get a fix asap or something? This is extremely frustrating to have a blocker bug at this point in the game.
Any devs here?

Same problem here. Had enough distilled fear to craft one sigil. No sigil appeared. Exited and closed the game in the home menu and reloaded. Still no sigil found.
I just had the same issue (On PC) - Got my first 9 distilled fear to craft the Glacier Sigil and did not receive it in my inventory. I had plenty of bag space so it’s not like it bugged out and got sent to the stash. I just never received the item. How is this going to be resolved BLIZZARD?
I just had this issue now. It looks like it’s occasionally bugged, but not often enough to fix it.
