Was wondering if the Glacial Aspect even exist because i an lvl 80 atm and i have only seen it twice and that was when i was in world tier 2 havent seen it since then at all
Yes it exists. No you won’t find it because you are actually looking for it. Yes the game wants you to play another build. No it won’t be specific on which build. Yes you can have ice cream later. No you can’t have sprinkles.

Same problem every time with this game when you use a certain build item stop droping for your build… so the solution is to play other build.

No matter what your current build is for any class, the game will only drop options for other builds. -conspiracy theory hat on- I think it’s build into the loot-code…

When i wanted to build Blizzard with Glacial i found 1 low quality and it took a bit of a Grind.
Once i was finished with the build the Glacial Aspect was showing up left and right.
Now i have 8 of them in inv in case i get a better Amulet.
Moral of the Story:
don’t have it, get it maybe
have it, here have more
Yes, they do exist. I have been playing Sorc exclusively since launch and I have a Bliizard Sorc and several pieces of gear with Glacial aspects that I have used at various times during the leveling process. I also have a perfect stat Glacial aspect in my inventory for when I find that perfect 925 item power amulet to use it on.
Keep looking. You will find them. Gamble your obols on focus. Pick up all the unique items. I find that I get glacial from staffs quite often on drops and at the Tree of Whispers.

I never had issue finding that one. Did they lower the rate this season?
One of the people in discord asked me “Why do you keep on rerolling your amulet when it costs you 25 millions per reroll?” following a conversation about me being broke in the game. The answer was simple, I will never get a 3/4 amulet again with max Glacial aspect.

I played a blizzard sorc this season and yes, I was locked into a low level amulet for well past level 100 doing the duriel grind and saw maybe 3 glacial aspects all low levels. finally found a high level one after I was too sick of the grind to play anymore
See…the trick is not to think about it. The game knows when you are after an item, and therefore will not give up her pearls. Play the dance, and she will reward you. Is anything truly random?
didn’t get a wt4 one until lvl 86 and i still don’t have a near perfect one after 100s of hours. it’s fairly rare in my experience. sucks too cus w/o it, blizzard does not work at all. most of the power should be in the skill levels, not an aspect. bah.
