I’m now P30 in T1 and I still haven’t see a single Glacial aspect, I tried get it from den, gambling and did some tributes for legendary drop…nothing.
Feels bad to swap subclass because I don’t find the aspect I need.
Any one using Blizzard having same problem ?
I also have not found glacial. About the same progression as you.

Checking with a friend playing Sorc this season to see if they have the glacial yet. A bit further advanced than we are.
I’ve confirmation of two who have glacial already. My wife at the same progression we are and the other person I checked with… SO it is dropping.
still nothing for me and im p50 now, oh well let’s keep playing, at least cold socr feels good this season ^^

It is a rare aspect (which is incredibly annoying considering that an entire build is basically useless without it). Just keep gambling on Offensive aspects and pray… Don’t forget to the check the Den from time to time too.
Picked up glacial finally last night on gloves. It is a rare aspect for sure… Although not as rare as cold clip for rouge in my experience.
