I know it’s been requested before, but I’d like to reinforce the quality of life request for us to choose to disable the day and night cycle and only be able to play during a certain period in the open world. I particularly love playing at night, I think it fits the game’s atmosphere better. Every time it’s daytime, I hope it ends soon. So, perhaps some simple way in the menu or even an interaction with some object in the world would be very welcome for those who want to enjoy the game without these daytime changes.

Can honestly say I’ve never really paid much attention to it myself. Not that I’m against your idea mind you, as I’m all for more options in the game. Realistically speaking though, I don’t see this ever happening.
About the realism part, that’s why I ask for an option, whoever wants to play with the normal cycle can just leave it as it is. But it would be a good quality for those who want to play only day or only night.
Again I’m not against your idea, but on the list of priorities for this game, I don’t think this is even a twinkle in their eyes, that’s all I’m saying. Your suggestion crops up about once every 6 months by typically just one person, then it’s forgotten about again.
Just to reiterate I support your idea, I just don’t see it happening.

Most of the engines i worked with had a pretty easy way to switch between them , so im pretty certain they could do it without much of an issue. But heir focus is on other things.

Have to be playing in the open world to notice most of the time. Even then I barely pay attention.

The night version reminds me pf Luna from Dota2 , looks really cool. To bad it has a high cost.

oh indeed. In general i became a lot more greedy when it comes to that. You dont want to know how much i invested into LoL skins back then ^^

You seem like a friend of mine who spent around 10k on Dota skins lmao. I dont mind paying few bucks for skins in a free game but i never spent a dime on a paid game. Not sure if bp counts as skin

Yup hes indeed crazy , he even admitted it one time , he stopped spending that much after the compendiums didnt gave out Skins. Im sitting around 700 total on 2 games 500 Dota 200 Poe (stash tabs mostly)
