I have always played Diablo since the first one on PC so I am completely clueless regarding gifting now that Alternate Platforms are integrated. I gifted my 25 year old $100 to purchase Spirit born Top Pack total of $96.06 of the $100 I gifted him. I just learned by reading that Battle.net gifts do no transfer to different Platforms (PlayStation) Is there a way to either get my Money back so I can gift it through PlayStation or can you just make it work from the battle.net gift?

If you were wanting to get refunds on a purchase, you’ll have to do that through battlenet support. The tech thread is not going to have any avenue to help you here.
As a side note it’s been pretty much found that there is no way to gift the expansion. You can gift the main game but you cannot gift the expansion and so far I have no exact reason as to why this has been set this way.
Well I wasn’t wanting a refund just want them to allow Him to use the Money I gifted to purchase the Expansion but from what you’re saying that isn’t possible.
