Today I did a legion event and was awarded the Ghastly Reins. When I used it in Kyovashad and went to the stable it wasn’t there. Logged back in and the item is still not showing up.
Please help. Thank you.

Same for me. I picked up the Ghost horse armor after a legion in Scosglen. I activate all mounts and armor skins immediately when I get them and this one was no different, so I don’t recall the name other than being Ghostly armor or Ghastly Armor, 2 words to that effect and I already had the Ghost Reins. It was not a dupe reigns. I right clicked it in my inventory. I went back to the stable and it isn’t there either. Must be something going on with the servers since it happened to us around the same time.
Sadly, since there is no ticket system, were forced to sit here and be ignored for loot issues like this. I’ll update this if in the next few days it pops up, but restarting the game did not bring it into the stable inventory. Hopefully there is a fix for this, or there is a loot log a moderator can run to re-apply our earned in game drops.

Still having this problem - ghastly reins not showing up in stable.
Mine also does not show up in stable and I have found it like 5 times now
scratch that I think it shows up as spectral charger, I have one already and it just keeps dropping
