Getting annoyed now

I brought the game over on steam i get Error Code 316018 and it keeps telling me i have a trail account and the reply i get is

WTF how is that going to help. I just want to plat the GAME I PAID FOR.

The first few times the support may try to fob you off with some generic answers that wont help much. Write again and again until youre lucky and they hand the issue over to somebody that could finally help you.
