He’s a cheating NPC big middle finger to the player base. No way you can live against him. He’s too over tuned, shows up at the wrong time and just ignores your minions, CC. You can’t run from him, his movement speed is 1000%
DELETE HIM UNTIL WT3. Leveling dungeons is a GD nightmare when he pops up. Or better yet keep him in your trash mobile game.
Nah, request denied. He is a fun challenge to do sub lvl 50. But thank you for your feedback, hoping for more of Butcher kind of rng mobs in our dungeons.
?? I’ve met Butcher maybe 10 times “sub level 50” and our score is about 50/50 
He was easiet to beat with my Sorc, Barb and Necro.
My wife on the other hand has 1 level 50 and has not met Butcher even once “which really annoys her”
So I dont think locking him away behind later tiers is a good idea… He is an experience 
I did beat Butcher everytime I met him with my HC necro. 3x times I guess. i think it was 2x around lvl 30 and 1 time 45.
don’t rely on your minions too much.

Well, I may have said something else in another topic, but after looking hard, I never died to the Butcher during release.
I died once during the Stress Test with my ungeared melee druid (lvl 12? Lvl 10?). Since then, I’ve managed to beat him every single time, probably because I was prepared the first time.
Look at solutions with your build or gear. Don’t ask Blizzard to remove any more fun. You could, maybe, refrain from entering any non story dungeon until you’re strong enough?
I miss the feeling when defeating the butcher 1st time…the joy and sense of achievement…at that moment i didn’t even care what loot were on the ground…such feeling

Also suggesting that I don’t do any dungeons is just a stupid idea when dungeons got buffed for experience and its by far the fastest way to level.
NGL I just tanked him with my Druid and spam my cooldowns and health potions XD
He is waste of time, bcs he don´t drop anything special. Yet he is not OP in anyway if you doing your lvl (which you do bellow 50) and care about your gear and play half decent. I play also necro and also minions so…
The Butcher is KULT. I wish they made a cool looking action figure out of him. Maybe from Storm Collectibles.
So because some people think he is fun fighting they are simping for a broken azz feature? lol okay…
If you dont wanna fight him just play with the sound on… He grunts and pants like a 600 pound overweight gamer running a marathon, you can hear him 10 miles away… So as soon as you hear him just TP out and back in, then he is gone.
Hahah… he wasn’t that fun the first time I saw him… in my first dungeon at level 10.
Saw him again 2 dungeons later at level 12.
Haven’t seen him since… which is unfortunate because now my ice shards sorc is 42 and might actually have a chance.

YOU do not find him fun because YOU aren’t good enough to kill him currently.

It’s a “you” problem there buddy, doesn’t mean it’s a “broken feature” or it’s simping.

Especially considering how rare he is, it’s not like it’s a feature that is there all the time or affect the server / game as a whole…

The butcher has lame design. There’s almost no attacks you can dodge or outplay. Either you outdps him either he outdps you
I feel the butcher needs different versions.
50 below - A weakend version
50-75 - Normal
75-100 - Enhanced
He would need to have better drops and there isnt really a point in loot once you get higher so maybe some other kind of reward
Eh, Butcher is very dependent on build and not on skill.
I’m level 93 farming NM65 and can’t kill the Butcher even on NM40 because my build just doesn’t work for it. Works for everything else in the game, but not Butcher.
