Gaspar Stillbian not spawning

Been hanging out in the area of The Scar for ~20-30 minutes. Environment pieces and Fallen have respawned a few times, but still no Gaspar.

I normally wouldn’t care since he’s a (very?) rare epic, but i need the bones to progress my health potions and the drop rate from beasts has been terrible. I’ve gotten 3 bones so far so far and i’m level 42, havent gotten ANY bones in 2 days)

none of the elite rares seem to be spawning, not sure why

waited mad long and still nothing spawning… 100% bugged

Can confirm tried on PC and PS5 just in case yesterday. Did not spawn on either platform.

Waited for him for 3 hours today. Nothing.

Just takes one video about the Farm and boom, mysteriously gone. Waited a little over an hour, multiple Re-Loads, not once.

ive been trying to upgrade my health potion nut he doesnt spawn… been here relogging for an almost 2 hours but he hasnt spawned

Yep, still not spawning, and the regular drop rate on these is ridiculous. Blizzard really needs to address this frustrating block to progression.

Same here
Waited around for about 2 hours.
Reloaded approximately 20 times.
Been traveling all around the Scar
then traveling back but no go

It’s fairly silly too. There shouldn’t be a crafting material THIS rare this early in the game lol…This is basic progression and we’re held up

Same for me too - Found a bunch first days of prerelease now I cant find any - Please fix!

If they don’t want people farming Elites for their Drops, they might consider not making those drops a critical part of the lvl 30 healing potion. That, or just increase the drop rate and BOOM; no more need to farm.

I haven’t seen any bones for days, and gaspar is not spawning. Guess we’re all stuck with a level 20 potion.

Sure would be nice to see a response from community managers on this issue.
