After the patch yesterday my game started to malfunction. Interaction with Town Portals, Torment Level Selections, and interactions with NPC’s are not working. Combat with monsters: I can not target or hit them, but they can target and hit me. I can teleport with the icon (“T”) but cannot return through that same portal. I have performed the in game scan and fix tool but nothing. I have uninstalled the game, cold booted, and reinstalled but the issue remains. It seems that my server side interactions are cut off and only client actions can occur. This is consistent with all my characters in D4 but not in D2 or D3.
