This is my first time in making a post so I hope I’m not in the wrong thing.
I also looked for forums that were similar to my problem, but nothing worked like it did for others.

error code
So I went to start up Diablo 4 and the window pops up for a second and then instantly crashes and I get the crash report.
Yesterday I logged in and off plenty of times and played for hours. I have never had an issue before with the game like this.
I checked my drivers and all of my drivers are updated, tried to reset my pc and connections, I did repairs, tried changing the chroma settings (I read a lot of people had that work), set it to admin, and then reinstalled the game.
Nothing really worked and I don’t really know what to do at this point. I’m not a super smart pc guy I just love games.
I have also been playing since the season started and last I knew my character had around 50 hours in and I have not done anything different with my PC since the season launched.
Please locate your most recent FenrisDebug.txt file (sort by date) located in your Diablo IV installation directory.
Open the .txt file and copy its entire contents to pastebin.com and link the paste back here.
You do NOT need to sign up to use the site - just paste the data in the large area and click paste at the bottom.
For clarity and understanding:
These FenrisDebug codes (example 20565B5A-334E-4277-8DC5-7A56D349F51D) are useless and are not able to be decoded by anyone on the forums. The only way to get ANY information from the D4 client is to locate the specific (usually most recent) fenris.txt file and examine it. These are located in your Diablo IV installation directory.
Someone will look into the file to see if anything stands out to assist with the crashes.
As you just posted this I was about to take it down because I actually finally found someone with the same problem and someone gave a solution, still had to bang my head to figure it out because I’m computer illiterate.
The gray screen issue is not the same as the OP in this thread. Different problem I think. Unless they are getting a gray screen and not telling us that.
