Game sharing with a buddy on Xbox he can log in instantly but I kept getting license error

Same with my wife some household. Pretty sure they’re forcing people to buy the game twice even if you’re in the same household.

Having the same issue as you man, there is a workaround where the profile that bought the game can go into the game, a second profile that you wanna game share with can join as a player 2, then you can leave with the original profile and the ramining user can play diablo. A s*** workaround that requires the original profile to be signed in and not playing diablo but I have only seen radio silence on this from the devs so I thought it might help someone. Hopefully atleast the full release will offer a fix for this, in the meanwhile this is total bs.
