This is an old issue that still doesn’t have a fix. I’m running an Nvidia Quadra 600 with DX12. I’ve disabled the onboard GPU and tried several work-arounds including adding the -bypassgpudrivercheck setting. A full uninstall and clean install of the latest drivers did not address the issue. From everything I’ve read, this is an issue with the game and not the GPU. Please revisit this issue. Thank you.
Not sure if this is a troll post but a Quadro 600 is a 1GB DDR3 GPU that barely has the power to run any modern game 
How do you expect it to run D4? I mean sure you can probably get it to run at 5-10 FPS at 320x240.

600 series is way too old.
I sware, if you spend 5 dollars on used 1050 - you will play.
im still playing d4 on an old commodore vic-20 game system, and it runs flawlessly on 5 mbs of ram, 100mb hd and a 1mb graphics card, getting a wild -3 frames a second…
I think that’s a bit optimistic. More likely to be .3
