Last night I completed Act I. Today I’m having to do that last two parts again - Descent and Light’s Resolve. Of course, Vigor didn’t give me another amulet to match the one my toon is already wearing from last night. There are no rewards. Just a requirement to redo the last three segments of Act 1. Wondering if this is happening to anyone else.

I finished last night having done “Find Donan in Eldhime Keep”, talked to him and got sent to talk to someone, then I logged off. Today that progress has been reset and I have to go start that part over again.
Not sure if it’s some kinds of quests count as multiple parts to a single quest step and if you don’t complete all the parts then you have to start over (this may explain it, like quitting a dungeon after doing just some of the objectives), or what.
Maybe not the same as what you experienced, but I was surprised that an open-world quest like this would reset this sort of progress. But at the same time I talked to the person for the Barb lvl 15 quest and they told me to go find someone, and that did not reset.
I JUST beat Liliths Lament. TP’d back to Kyovashad, and it says I’m having to redo it.
No rewards??? A dungeon a day keeps the cramp away (hopefully).
Blizzard is terrible. Their software teams are garbage. I’m not surprised they don’t have basic functionality like manual save and also don’t upload your progress to the server automatically more than once an hour. Constant feed is a lie and they should not be allowed to make that statement.

I just killed Lilith, joined a party and now my Lilith kill is gone, this game is a joke
When you join a party the quest status is set to the status of the Party leader. Assuming you finished the whole quest line yourself, it should be saved for you and show up that way when you are no longer in the party.
I have had to do over Through the dark glass 3 times now. Is there a reason why? It said my game progress was saved. Apparently not. This is becoming tedious. Can someone from the Diablo 4 team say what’s going on and why this is happening?
Having the same issue, but I did not join any party (couldn’t care less about multiplayer). I killed Asteroth this morning, left the father mourning, logged out, got back and boom, having to the boss fight again, no thank you.
