I have used game pass to play d4 for over a year now I purchased the new expansion on October 3 no where did it say I would have to purchase the game and leave game pass. It’s very miss leading when you’re offering the ultimate game pass with that expansion and you can’t use it anyway. I need some help on finding out a resolution on what to do with this because I m not purchasing the game when it’s already there. And I was able to download it an you can still download it as we speak with no one knowing the outcome.

Honestly, the solution is simple… Buy the game. Why would you think you could buy the expansion without first owning the game? You can’t buy upgrades to pretty much anything without first owning said thing.
Just give me a refund an I will go on my way then cause there won’t be anymore money going into it

Contact whichever console you play with, playstation or xbox and get the refund through them. Yet another money grab by blizzard, its getting ridiculous at this point.
You should be able to get a refund as you haven’t used the content
