Game not showing up in launcher

Good evening. I bought Diablo 4, deluxe edition, in the morning the game was displayed in the launcher, just an hour ago it disappeared from the launcher. I am in Russia. What could be causing this problem?

Hello,

Have you tried closing the Battle.net & then reopening it (or even rebooting the PC)?

Also, make sure the game isn’t just “hidden” by the most recently played games (e.g. on my client I have a “+5” at the right of the displayed games which when clicked display the other ones on a second line), alternatively, when clicking on “Games” on the first line of the Battle.net app, then on “My Games” on the left, you should see Diablo IV in the list (if you don’t maybe you have more than one Battle.net accounts & logged to the one it wasn’t attached to?).

If none of the above helped, I recommand you first checking via the Battle.net web-site, logging to your account and if you also don’t see Diablo IV there (it should be present in both the purchase history & in the list of games / retry if you have more than one battle.net with the other accounts), then you should contact the customer’s service.

Thanks for the answer! The game is in the library (the store offers me to upgrade the game to the ultimate edition), if you open the game search on the computer through the launcher settings, the launcher finds the game folder and sees it as Diablo 4. I contacted support last evening, but there is no answer yet . Most likely the game was simply hidden for players from Russia. Unfortunately, xenophobia towards the Russian-speaking community continues. I was just hoping for some kind of official answer. Still, they have been waiting for the game for 11 years, but there is no opportunity to play it. (The game was purchased through friends)

I wonder what could cause that, any ideas?

I perfectly understand what you’re getting at. But I don’t understand where I or other Diablo fans are here?
