Good afternoon,
Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but, for me at least on the Xbox Series X I cannot seem to do anything in game without it causing the “rubber band” type lag where I’m yanked back to a certain point or I am finding I am unable to move at all even though on screen it’s showing me running in a direction.
I am currently in a dungeon alone with no party and there’s no outside influence from cross-platform but, could this please be addressed? It has caused me to die multiple times and been quite a nuisance when it comes to trying to perform simple things like doing a dungeon or even just running through a helltide event.

On PS5 and having the same issues. Lag is making it almost unbearable to play!! Haven’t played for a couple seasons and it wasn’t this bad then.

this is really common, you will se various posts about it in different ways its effecting people, some sent up ap tickets for blizzard to blame heating issues or other pc issues or what is not a blazzard issue. This reminds me of D3 launch… i have been looking here and there for a fix nothing works, its simply a blizzard issue they need to fix. unless i am wrong

This lag/rubberband issue came out of nowhere, midseason most likely. My situation is exactly the same, it got absolutely unplayable after first major patch. I totally agree with the fact that it’s on Blizz side: reinstalling the game, using various accounts, changing ISP, going from 1Gbit to 2Gbit and etc. I ended up requesting VoH preorder refund a few days ago.
