I have been playing since release have not had an issue till last night. The game will disconnect me non stop i cannot play. This is certainly not my hardware or network I have a 3090 with updated drivers and fios internet.

This only started as I was playing last night and has not stopped.

your not the only one. log in within 5 minutes discoed.

“The game connection has been lost: your client has been disconnected from the server.”

happens to me and 2 others. all on good PCs, different internet companies. We have all played EA games (BF2042) and The front with no issues. we have all rebooted routers, PCs, and all the tier questions they ask you to do. NO AVAIL.

Indy company servers?

for them: this has been happening to the others and myself since yesterday AM CST. I was able to play all day Saturday with no issues.

your not the only one. i’ve been dealing with this for 2 months. did everything i could think of. so i dicided to upgrade my system. if that don’t work it has to be their system. i was right in the middle of a quest today when monsters started running but were’nt getting anywhere. and anything i swung at took no damage. then the screen went black any i was told i was disconnected. this is the first time i was disconnect without telaporting. i am now done playing untill i upgrade. if this contiues after that i will be done with diablo 4. i love the game but it’s frustrating as hell when you keep getting disconnected or rubberbanding all the time.

Hello and welcome to the club mate! You already paid for the game so Blizzard don’t really care about you or anyone of us experiencing this at the moment. You can keep trying to play or just simply accept defeat and uninstall the game to make space for a different game that is potentially not broken like D4.

P.S.: Please just come back and spend another $70+ on the new expansion when it’s out. Don’t bother downloading it, it will probably be broken as well but don’t worry, if you pay for it you’ve already achieved Blizzard’s goal. Thank you!

Same issue here with same error message. Started Saturday Night the 10th of February. Checked with my local ISP twice and they ran diagnostics for over an hour while I was on the phone. No issues on their end, 1Gig fiber connection.

Same issue here. Just started a day or two ago. No issues before. Would be nice to hear something from tech support. Or maybe the update tomorrow will correct the issue.

Same, ever since last patch. Freezing on login, and in-game when using portals or waypoints. Stuttering, character running in place. Most unstable version of Diablo I’ve ever played. Multiple bug reports,…crickets. Thx for all the good times Blizz.

Hi to all… I am having the same problem… The server disconects me … my internet and hardware its ok… (Web disconection, connection of the game has been lost, your client has been disconnected from the server ). I dont know how to share with u a screenshot…
**i had sent a ticket to blizzard about this issue, problem…i had already did the things they told me to do and i am continue having problems…the disconection…I am having this problem when i teleport or when i change territories on the game. **
this is what blizzard told me to do…perhapps it would help others…not me

**1. Update Graphics Drivers and Windows: Ensure your graphics drivers and Operating System are up-to-date. **

2. Verify Game Files: For Blizzard’s Battle.net launcher, select Diablo 4, click on the Options menu, and choose Scan and Repair

**3. Disable Background Applications: Close unnecessary background applications, as they might interfere with Diablo 4. Check for any resource-intensive programs running in the background and close them before launching the game. **

4. Run as Administrator: Right-click on the Diablo 4 shortcut or executable and select “Run as Administrator.” This ensures that the game has the necessary permissions to run smoothly.

5. Adjust In-Game Settings: Lower in-game graphics settings to reduce the strain on your system. Experiment with different settings to find a balance between performance and visual quality.

**6. Check for Overheating: Monitor your system’s temperature while playing. Overheating can cause crashes. Ensure that your CPU and GPU temperatures are within acceptable ranges. Clean any dust from your computer components and ensure proper ventilation. **

7. Reinstall the Game: Uninstall Diablo 4, restart your computer, and then reinstall the game. Corrupted installation files can lead to various issues, and a fresh installation might resolve the problem.

**If, after following these steps, you are still experiencing issues, we recommend visiting the Diablo 4 forums on the official Blizzard website. There, you can find a community of players and developers who may be able to provide additional insights or solutions based on their experiences. **

If all else fails, consider reaching out to a local tech expert who can perform a more in-depth analysis of your system to identify and resolve any hardware or software issues.

This is my first post here to say that I have also been getting the network disconnected message. It only started for me the last couple days.

I also have had this issue since last night. I’ve checked all the suggested solutions, to no avail. Nothing else on my system is having this issue so it feels like this has to be something with the blizzard servers.

yeah me too…I am in south america, argentina,Does anybody knows where are set up the servers of diablo 4 ? Americas ?

Noticed after some testing that Fenris seems to be dropping a few different errors

[Crypto] Disconnecting due to forged encrypted packet. | connection_id: 22 | encrypted_packets_received: 259 | length: 64

[Game] 'ClientReceiveHeartbeat' received out-of-order tick | cur_tick: 33632 | msg_tick: 33620

[Game] Trying to set messaging for invalid modified subzone GBID ([bad gbid])

All have appeared when I get the game to crash.

I’ve noticed that changing zones triggers a crash, checking friends list, and seemingly going very fast (Esu’s Heirloom + flameshield + movement speed on amulet) seems to cause a crash reliably.

Same issue. I also submitted a ticket and got the same response. The ticket was marked as resolved and I took their survey. I know no one will read it but I submitted it anyway. The issue is not resolved since I logged in today and got dropped twice in less than 30 minutes.

Just chiming in to say, same here. Nothing on the list of suggestions is of any use. I AM the tech support person. I built this computer myself a couple of months ago. It is NOT overheating
So, here we are. They have our money, we don’t have a game…

More threads about similar problems.
I tried everything but nothing worked, until i could confirm that V-Ram is the foundation to my personal issue causing troubles to connect while loadingscreen and eventually even get into the game.

Upgraded from 16gb RAM to 32gb and now it Works as usual with no troubles as described in multiple threads.

I’ve got 32gb of ddr4 ram and gig fiber internet. My drivers are all up to date and I have renewed my IP and tried every other fix Blizzard recommends. The game has worked fine until about 3-4 days ago and is now unplayable. Network disconnects constantly. I can easily play any other game including WoW with no issues. This is clearly a Diablo problem and beyond frustrating that they have done nothing to fix the issue. I enjoy the game and just want to play :frowning:
