If you want some help in troubleshooting, what we need is a copy of the contents of your FenrisDebug file from your most recent crash. This file is located where the game is installed. Default location is C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo IV
You can copy those contents and paste them here:
This will allow you to create a share where you can get us a URL link to your FenrisDebug file data.
Then I, or someone, can review that file and see if there is an issue showing up there that you can adjust a setting to fix.
